This year for our annual Spirit Wheel Walk Run we are doing something different. Well, kind of different. We did some fundraising at a family event last year and raised money and had fun.
This year we decided to just have the fundraising event and a horseshoe tournamnet.
We had a raffle, with gifts collected over the last couple of months and donated. Katheryn and Madison worked hard on making some signs for the raffle!

And we charged for admission as well ($10 adult/$5 child) for horseshoes and dinner
We had some fun set up for the kids as well (but there is a lake for kids... except for Nick... to swim in). But Nick still had fun

And we had some basketball
But we had a bunch of kids, a whole lot of dogs and lots of different people who came
We had 2 horseshoe pits set up and ready for a tournamenet
Really it was just for everyone to have fun
I got some shirts for our family to wear

And together we will rule the galaxy!

After horseshoes and dinner it was time for the raffle!

Our total raised from this fundraiser was $1685!
AMAZING!
I am so thankful for our family who did all of the planning for it this year. And for everyone who came out to have fun with us!
I didn't get any family picture this year.
But this is one picture that shows how much fun everyone had!
We are planning to continue to do this next year (and I already have some ideas)
